By accessing or using InvoiceApp (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
InvoiceApp is a cloud-based invoicing and billing management platform that allows users to create, send, and manage invoices, proposals, and client relationships. The Service includes web applications, mobile applications, and related services.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoiceApp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to harass or harm others, to transmit malware, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to impersonate others.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall InvoiceApp, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
